Terms & Conditions
Our terms of trading are based on sole or shared agency to sell
residential properties. Agreed commission to be paid on completion of a
sale.
We reserve the right and in some case are required by law to verify
the identity of persons involved with property transaction.
The following documents form the main basis for the formal recording
and contractual agreements:

- Property Mis-description Act
- Memorandum of Sale
We reserve the right to terminate any contract or commitment should
we consider that their conditions have been breached or for business
reasons.
