The town of Totton is ideally placed, close to the M27 and between Southampton and the New Forest, 8 minutes drive in either direction. Totton offers a wide range of day-to-day shops and two large supermarkets. There is also a train station and several churches in and around the centre.

The popular New Forest is renowned for its natural beauty and many pleasant walks, villages, hamlets and wildlife; whilst the city of Southampton offers a wealth of shops restaurants and metropolitan life.
