Our services include the extensive marketing of your property, accompanied by viewings, taking up references upon propspective tenants, preparation of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. According to your requirements we can also collect the rent, undertake quarterly inspections of your property, prepare a full and detailed inventory (extra cost), handle routine maintenance and generally try to ensure that the letting of your property is as 'trouble free' as possible.
